"Hello, We enjoyed our recent stay (and have stayed another time previously) but we would like to mention the following: Please add a bit more selection to the breakfast meal, like scrambled eggs. Please extend breakfast hours until 10:30 especially when your hotel does not serve lunch. So longer breakfast hours would be appreciated. Lastly, we have noticed more items in the room to be repaired or better checked. Our recent stay had the heating vent system make crunching/screaching noises consistently, so it was annoying and difficult to sleep, the shower door making loud noise when sliding, no physical telephone to be able to call front desk etc. Extra linens should be supplied in the room, not only extra pillow and comforter blanket. Lastly, better communication from the front desk staff to state that housekeeping does not come every day to clean and stock room and that a call to ask for their service is required. We did not appreciate this lack of communication. Hope your hotel maintenance and housekeeping staff can improve. Thank you. CC"

"The hotel is two minutes from Hwy11 and one minute from major stores. The downtown of Bracebridge is a short ride down the road. Tru hotel is a beautiful new modern hotel with all the amenities such as a pool, gym, conference room. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and kept very clean. Best hotel we've stayed in for a long time."

"We really enjoyed our overnight stay here. The hotel is undergoing renovations but there was no work going on during our time there so all was clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful (looking at our coffee maker). Breakfast was really good .... lots of choice. I would recommend this Comfort Inn."

"Room was clean and fully stocked. Winter activities did not live up to expectations. Equipment available (snowshoes) but no where to use it. No trails or even suggestions of where we could go to snowshoe. Snow and ice removal could have been improved. Limited parking due to snow. Ice buildup on road to our building and on stairs to our room was very dangerous!"

"staff were amazing, literally all of them. The building is being renovated by complete amateurs though and there were no notices when booking. Water issues, painting everywhere, shotty work even while spreading grout over tile with salt and mud on them just kept spreading the grout. Hotel is dated left right and center so them doing the lobby is for astetics. Pool is outdated, woods moldy, carpets gross. Is what it is though. "
