"My long stay at Nine Tree Dongdaemun was perfect! Highlights include: -Direct bus to the airport from the entrance of the hotel -Excellent room conditions ans a beautiful view -staff that are very helpful and kind, including the cleaning teams -amenities that helped me relax and recover from long days exploring Seoul -walking distance to tourist fav shops like Olive Young and others near DDP station -and so much more! I will be back! 너무 즐거웠어요! 감사합니다! Bonus: I loved the free coffee, tea and also the water dispensers on all the floors! Very convenient!"

"It was inconvenient because I had to wait too long for the elevator. And I entrusted it to dry cleaning, but it was a bit damaged, so I waved the laundry fee, but the clothes were ruined. But the staff were friendly. It was good because the location was within walking distance of Myeongdong, Insadong, and Gyeongbokgung Palace. I think I'll be staying there again next time."

"Our stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel was spotless, very comfortable, and in a perfect central location. Everything we needed was nearby, with so many shops and places to explore around the area. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. We also loved how clean and safe the surrounding streets felt. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel staff were excellent and friendly. The hotel has great amenities and is in a great location. A point for improvement is around the cleaning of the room. Some days our bins were emptied and other days not, cups were not always cleaned or replaced and water not restocked. Breakfast spread was great. As someone with allergens could benefit from an allergen menu, although staff tried to be the most accommodating. Our room was on the third floor and there was some noise in the mornings from the neighbouring building where there are reversing vehicles. All things considered, lovely hotel."

"The Hotel is amazing! We stayed in a room with a full size fridge and wash tower. This allowed for great flexibility when it came to leftovers and washing clothes in our own time. The staff is great and the location is very good! With metro and bus stations at a very short walking distance. Will stay here again for sure!"

"The room was clean, cleanliness could be improved in the showers. Good air conditioning and amazing location. Walking distance to gwangjang market and myeongdong. I would make sure to bring your own slippers as they only provide reusable ones that seems to have been used by previous guests. There is a vending machine for other disposables."
