"Property location is 10/10, which is the best part about this hotel. The rooms are extremely tiny, no amenities, the elevator is very slow and requires a long wait most of the time. The breakfast is on the 27th floor which provides nice views, but the selection isn’t great and the coffee machine had the “needs cleaning light” on all week. Coffee was undrinkable. Overall the hotel is okay - location is awesome, but otherwise underwhelming. "

"I would say this hotel is one of the best-located places in all of Seoul. It’s situated within walking distance of several major metro lines, making it extremely convenient to get around the city. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and having an Emart and a pharmacy on the first floor is a big plus. The airport limousine bus also stops right in front of the hotel, which makes arrival and departure very easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the only downside for me was the cleanliness. I understand that April is a particularly bad time for air pollution, but both my friend and I developed acute allergic bronchitis, which we believe was due to poorly maintained ventilation and the lack of an air purifier in the room. This was disappointing, especially since we chose the hotel based on many reviews praising its cleanliness. That said, I would still consider staying here again, mainly because of its unbeatable location and overall convenience."

"Air conditioning worked well. Cleanliness is top priority and location as well. Small rooms for what I’m use to but functional. Staff is honest and friendly- Louis in particular. What an outstanding individual! Thank you. "

"Generally pretty good. BUt there are a few thing they can repair in the room."

"Housekeeping is not doing good job of cleaning all of recycled bottles either not picking them up or pick up the wrong thing. They can go for many days not doing it. When they did, they are mistaking and trashing a pair of expensive Birkenstock shoes instead."
