"While the location was not as close to shopping and dining as I had thought it would be, Malia at the front desk was extremely patient and helpful in assisting me in finding a good place for lunch."

"not as clean as it should be. breakfast was very limited. staff was really helpful and nice. bed not comfortable. if you pay $200 per night you should expect more for your money."

"The pictures compared to the property were misleading. The hotel wasnt dirty but also not very clean. It is very old and not updated at all. We were given a handicap room and did not request this, however it was super tiny...there is no way a wheelchair would have fit in there. The staff was cordial, but no cleaning was done of our room nor were our towels replaced. I only saw one staff member the entire stay. The door to our room was scratched badly, and our friends room door frame was beat in."
