"Rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff were very accommodating. The pool and hot tub like always were in good clean working order. Parking was the only issue but that is because they were tearing up and repaving the parking lot the whole time we were there."

"Overall our stay was great. We did find some stains on the sheets as soon as we got into the room, which was concerning, but the rest of the room was very clean. I would say if you are pregnant, this might not be the hotel for you. The towel bar is directly in front of the sink in the bathroom parallel to the counter so washing your face or using the sink is extra hard cuz the towel bar and pregnant belly get in the way. The tub is also very tall, which is great for baths but not so much for...

"The rooms are comfortable, but very warm in cold weather. The bathroom fan was quite noisy, and parking is tight. The restaurant, and the bar were both good. All in all a great central location in Banf."

"Very neat lodge. They said they gave us an upgrade but it was actually the room we had booked and the pellet stove did not work. Fortunately the temps outside were fine and it wasn’t needed. Gorgeous property. Wildlife was always around."

The bathroom was modern, with plenty of high quality towels and toiletries provided. The lounge furniture could have done with updating. The beds were comfy, with quality linen. Good service...

"Confusing controls for the hvac in the room, we couldn't figure out how to set it to auto. So it would either run on heat, even with the thermostat turned down. Or else cold with A/C finally just gave up and opened the window and turned it off. Otherwise we like the place"

"Awesome experience"

"It was a really great experience especially the view , nice staff Denis , he’s really nice , introduced all the things in detail also he cooks excellent breakfast , lunch and dinner , thank you for giving us this warmth welcome"

"Will stay here again forsure! New and clean! Only reason im giving it a 4 is the bed frame needs to be tightened. Any touch of the bed it moves and squeaky. Also bathroom faucet was missing the screen so water goes everywhere. Sink drains slowly. Simple fix and it will be perfect!"
