"No comments on any of the listed areas. We were there to attend doctor appts at Mayo Clinic. We did order room service one evening when I was unable to go out in public due to an in room test being conducted by my doctor at Mayo Clinic. We also ate breskfast in the Lord Essix restaurant. Both the room service and the breakfast were excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive."

"We stayed one night at the hotel to take the kids swimming for a little get away for their spring break. Check in staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice, big and roomy, but one of the 2 bathrooms had dry blood stains on the bathtub tiles and we didn't realize that until after the kids came back from swim and showered. I did let the Manager on duty know. She said she will send maintenance to clean it, but she looked irritated and annoyed that I mentioned it. I did not get a very genuine or sincere response from her or apology. Besides that breakfast was good and coffee was available all day."

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. They did offer valet parking (for a fee) which was great. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. They did offer a breakfast which was not complimentary. Prices were a little high for the food quality. Food was ok, your basic hotel breakfast. Would be nice if they had offered a free quick breakfast and charged for the hot food only. The location was great and very close to lots of great restaurants. "
