"Great hotel, I spent a couple of days with my friend, we found it good as it was very quiet time (just before Xmas) but it was very noisy in the early morning, I could imagine in busier times is worse. Other than that we liked our break and the swimming pool and gym were a plus, we ate at the restaurant for lunch, it was good and dinner at the bar twice, we liked it all, good break! "

"Staff were very helpful and friendly but the hotel needs a refurbishment. Our room was small, pokey, very cold and very noisy overlooking the busiest roundabout in TW. Bed was comfortable and clean. Hand soap whilst a good brand was watered down which shot everywhere, and ran out after the first day and wasn’t replenished. "

"Arrived at apartment after a 5 hour drive to find out it already had people staying in it! This is despite having spoken to the host that week (which took 4 attempts and Vrbo intervention to get hold of) who didn’t have the decency to tell us! He has this property listed on other booking sites and seems to pick whichever makes him the most money. He was rude to me when I contacted him to discuss double booking and told me these things happen, there’s nothing he could do and to just get a refund. Avoid at all costs or you too could end up arriving and being turned away! "
