"Highly recommend staying here - everything was great. The rooms were mostly huge with loads of room to spread out. We had a toddler with us and the snug next to the kitchen made a great playroom where she could play safely. The kids spent hours on the trampoline and in the games room and tennis court. We had a couple of showery mornings but it just wasn't a problem, there was so much to do at the house. Most evenings were spent in the hot tub followed by sitting around around the fire pit until well after dark. The pizza oven and BBQ were both great!"

"We loved our stay at The Barn, Rye Park House. It is immaculate, beautiful decor, comfortable, quiet location, very well equipped - and the host is lovely! We have stayed at many self-catering cottages internationally and Rye Park House is The Best!"

"We had such a lovely stay here. Grandparents, parents and children loved this idyllic cottage. Very comfortable beds and rooms, well equipped kitchen. My 5 year old could have spent all day everyday playing in the stream at the bottom of the garden. We had a couple of rainy days, but the cosy living room and fire was very welcome at the end of the day. "
