"Checked in and my air unit in the room was making a very loud grinding noise. ot was on when i opened the door so they knew it was an issue. one that was so loud you couldn’t hear the tv. Front desk lady refused to get me different room even though they had other available. wouldn’t call the manager. said i was being rude. the next day the manager said she would give me a discount the next time. there won’t be a next time. room also smelled bad of cigarette smoke."
