The hotel was not able to accommodate my reservation for a a room with two queen beds. Instead, they put me into a room with one king bed. When I got to the room, the toilet wouldn’t flush. Also, the bathroom door handle was put on wrong. The lock was on the outside of the door instead of the inside. When I tried to speak to somebody about it at the front desk, there was no one there.

The hotel and staff were nice, the only problem I had was my room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was dog food kibble on the floor, food left in the refrigerator, a used water bottle on the night stand, the table was a little bit dirty, and a room key card was left on the dresser.

The room was in good condition and everything was fine and working. However, coffee/tea facilities for the room were in the bathroom. This is fairly un hygienic and should be on the desk within the room. Complementary coffee and tea in near the lobby was awful and we threw it out. Breakfast no alternative options for dairy allergies. Asked at front desk and was told no and they were aware of the issue and that people asked for it. So my breakfast options were limited to sausage, Hashbrowns, fruit, and the bread selection, with jam. ( I was not able to have the option of yoghurt, oatmeal, cereal, or waffles) again what was worse was hotel staff knowing there is an issues of non dairy (again no non dairy provided for coffee at the lobby). Upon check out was treated more like an annoyance from person checking out and not even thanked for staying.
