"Couldn’t stay as the hotel was overbooked. But the they explained the situation and changed a reservation to another hotel in the area. Shuttle bus took us there and the driver was excellent recommending places to go on the way. Disappointed not to be able to say but not not disappointed with the way we’re looked after, they even gave us the cookies and some water for the shuttle. A+"
