"Clean room, quiet hotel. Nice amenities in the room such as toiletries, bottled water, mini fridge. The classic style of the lobby is beautiful and i appreciate that they kept sone of that old school charm like original wooden doors. Would stay again."

"Ich hatte online eingecheckt und die Schlüsselkarte aufs Handy geladen. Da ich aber früher angekommen bin, als geplant, war die Zimmer-Nr noch nicht verfügbar. Ich konnte dann aber am Kiosk eine pysischen Hotelkey erstellen. Leider funktionierte der Key auf dem Handy nicht im Aufzug, aber mit der Plastikkarte Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Werde das Hotel bei einem nächsten Besuch wieder in Betracht ziehen. Hatte bereits im Sommer vor 3 Jahren hier schon mal genächtigt"

"This hotel was a hidden gem in an older building with lots of charm. And one of the best deals I’ve ever gotten. We were upgraded to a King room. It was a large room with a large bathroom and we had a view of Water Tower Place. Unlike most hotels in the city this had all the conveniences and comforts. Great sheets and comfy bed. large nightstands with outlets at both sides of the bed. Large closet. Plenty of room for suitcases. Large counter in bathroom. Tub. Free breakfast.
