Day 2 when returned from our room we noticed that the floor had a puddle of water near the air conditioning. We had to go to front desk to let them know and said they have no one fix it tonight but will be fixed the next day. The provided us towels.

"The Epic was just that, Epic. The customer service was great, the room spacious with a large comfy balcony and the meals delicious and varied. The pools were a good temperature and had plenty of chairs around them. The beach is a bit of a walk but very nice to have on property. However, the ocean water was only in the high 60’s in July so it was nice to have the pool options. We had a two bathroom suite which made getting ready for the day quicker. Bra frukost med omelett station, mimosa, stort utbud av frukt och bröd, pålägg, yoghurt etc. Kaffemaskinen höll inte måttet då det var med pulverkaffe. Fräscht poolområde med bra solbäddar och tillgång till poolhanddukar varje dag, dock var poolen väldigt kall. Rummet var fint inredd och inte alls lyhört, dock var sängen för hård för vår smak.
