If asked whether I would return to this hotel, the answer would be yes. The rooms were excellent, the facilities were clean, and the receptionists were very friendly. The hotel is close to Albufeira; you can use Uber and avoid renting a car, allowing you to be more relaxed.

Modern hotel. Rooms a good size. Housekeeping good. Breakfast lovely but busy at times and slow at filling things up. The staff were always busy so more staff may have helped. We had a lot of ants so couldn’t leave anything food wise out on counter. We’re treated after we complained but while room needs treated as they came back all over the place. It’s a good 15 mins downhill for any food/ restaurants Bus from hotel only goes weekdays. Uber is around €4 so not bad. Lovely views from our room which was nice

Really nice Hotel. Breakfast is controlled chaos, this is typical in high season. Breakfast was ok but the omelette station made the worst omelette’s I’ve ever had. I ordered boiled eggs from morning two onwards. Nice pool, could definitely have done with some mood music. The gym should also have stayed open instead of closing at 8pm. Having said this it was a nice stay (6nights) and definitely one of the most modern hotels in the area. I would recommend and stay again.

The exterior and lobby were very nicely kept up. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. Didn’t really like being on the ground floor (which was actually below level ground) but that was what we were given. Also when we booked on Expedia it said double bed plus a double sofa bed but it was only a single sofa bed. Overall though pleasant stay.

Quiet hotel, spacious room, very good breakfast and shops, restaurants and beach fairly close by. Breakfast area and other communal areas were large and comfortable chairs. But no spoons in the room for hot drinks, no complimentary water, dispensing machines for toiletries etc was half full and poor choice of drinks at the Starbucks on site. Some staff were friendly but others not so much and not helpful either. Mugs at breakfast not cleanand a towel in the room was dirty! I also had a leak in the middle of the bathroom but on complaining it was sorted quickly. Staff slow to replenish mugs and glasses at breakfast time so had to wait a few times.

Pretty good location but the hotel was quite worn out with maintenance lacking. Dirty sunbeds, clogged drainage in the shower and ants in the room. (room was on ground level facing a grass lawn so I would guess the ants are hard to deal with) The staff wasn't unfriendly or so but felt pretty uninterested most times with the reception staff not even giving you a glance while walking past the lobby.

Fantastic hotel, amazing pools… sauna/ steam room. Gym closed but due to be reopened this week. Spotless throughout, and just a fantastic break. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, something for everyone. Sangria at the bar hit the spot ;) Downloaded Bolt to get to and from the old and new town.
