"**BEWARE**. This hotel is located on a cliff and the only way into the reception desk at the hotel is down two flights of steep stairs. There is no elevator from the street level. Upon requesting assistance to enter the hotel with your luggage and your 85 year old mother, you are rudely told that there is NO ONE to help. "What an excellent property . The staff were friendly and welcoming . We really connected with a gentleman who exhibited excellent customer service . He would engage with us at the pool and morning breakfast ( which was tasty ). The pool facility and bar were perfect . I would visit again .

"This is a bedroom in a unit w other bedrooms that other travelers can book. There is a small shared bathroom.
This might be OK for young travelers, but I would not recommend it for a family.
Upon arrival we found the front door unlocked and propped open with a rock, which made us feel unsafe as anyone could have entered the unit.
We had to carry our luggage two flights of stairs and found an open foyer with the doors to the bedrooms and shared bathroom.

"Stayed there for one night; however, they upgraded us to a full apartment. The location is amazing and at the heart of the city. Bus terminal, marina, ferry point all at 5 min walking distance,
Lots of local and laid-back eateries, along with a fun nightlife with a good crowd in the area.
Must-try breakfast plates at the restaurant; the hosts are very kind and helpful.
