"Godspower and Mohammed were very helpful with helping get access to my room when my phone died and we had good conversations about valuable life experiences. 100% recommend"

"Loved this hotel so much!! Everyone was so incredibly kind and the room and bathroom were so nice! Location was absolutely perfect. Very central and you can literally see the castle from out front!"

"No me gustó"

"No laundry facility. Sent me on a 40 minute round trip to nearest laundromat"

"Basic Amenities not included e.g. Kettle, tea/coffee, limited plug sockets. Bin was too small. No chair so laptop desk was pointless. Soap no good and not filled up. No water bottle."

"The location is good and the design of the lobby is nice BUT the cleaning is very poor: 1- The shower is unclean at least in our room. 2- We asked them more than 3 times after they “clean” the room to make the bed and take the trash out. How do you clean the room if you don’t empty the trash bin or make the bed? 3- The lightbulb was flickering in the bathroom and it delays when it’s switched on. 4- The WiFi is slow."
