"The Grove doesn’t normally disappoint with service, golf, the spa and the food which tends to be on point. This time wasn’t any different but you can now see the popularity of The Grove by how the appearance is starting to show wear. The 2nd floor ceiling has terrible water damaged. In the spa the shower hooks were loose, a portion on the last right shower faucet had fallen to the floor. My spa therapist was a dream though. She made me feel exceptional in every way, mind + body, so thank you....

"Our apartment exceeded expectations. It was spacious, comfortable, with well-equipped kitchen and furnishings. The 24-hour staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location felt very safe and was within a 4-minute walk of the St John's Wood tube station as well as shops and restaurants. "The Sanctum went beyond expectations. The location was excellent. A very short walk to the St John’s Wood station making it very convenient. It was a 1 block walk to restaurants and shops. The hotel service was top notch. We required business documents to be printed and they were done immediately. The rooms were perfectly appointed, clean and comfortable. It was also pleasantly quiet. A great find"
