He even upgraded our room! He gave us such a nice room and was so friendly he really made our stay perfect! The location was amazing and the breakfast was really good! Once again I want to thank guillaume for an amazing service. I will deffenitly come back!"

"This is a very nice and cosy boutique hôtel close the city center, at the bottom of the famous Citadelle. Rooms are very comfortable (decoration style is bold… you like it or not) and the real cherry on the cake is an excellent and affordable restaurant on site. Staff is super friendly and helpful. It was not my first time there and it won’t be the last."
