"The hotel had the best location for the Christmas market and walking to the city centre sights. There was a really nice atmosphere and surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was very tasty. The room was really comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful, especially when we had an issue with our door code. "

"المكان نظيف ولكن حنفية الحمام كانت معطلة والماء كان يتجمع فلا يليق بفندق ٥ نجوم. الموظفات على الاستقبال غير متعاونات ، عندما حجزت فالفندق كان مكتوب يتوفر باركنات بمعرفة النزيل تبلغ 16€ وبمعرفه الفندق 27€ ولكن الموظفه انكرت واصرت ان الباركنات يجب ان تكون بمعرفة الفندق وبقيمة 27€ فشعرت ان هناك استغلال من طرفهم. مكان الاستحمام مزعج والماء ينزل لارضية الحمام ولايليق بفنادق سوفتيل."
