"My family & I were extremely excited for our stay here to be extremely disappointed in the end. For what we paid for not worth it. From the moment we checked in we had problems with our check in which I did not understand when we communicated with the hotel a month or two prior from our stay. The 2 rooms we had are outdated only thing that was outstanding was the view of the tower. House keeping 10/10. The sky tower restaurant is where it got slightly weird and uncomfortable for my family and I....

"They will charge you extra for luggage storage for the day, for early check-in., late check-out. These was no amenities available during our visit in mid March. No pool, no hot tob, no sauna. After a long flight we arrived at the hotel at 9 AM and were exhausted.
