"Hotel was lovely with impressive communal areas, including the entrance, staircase, great hall (for breakfast), spa area and skybar. The room was good and well appointed although I felt a little small for the price. Staff were lovely, and concierge helpful. Had a minor issue with the bedroom fridge flashing its inner light at night through the glass door, which they resolved by turning it off - in a heatwave! Not the ideal resolution but definitely better than a flashing light at night. Budapest...

"Fabulous stay for 4 nights in this gorgeous hotel. Room had a beautiful balcony with excellent air conditioning in very warm temperates in Budapest. Location is perfect and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and wine/cheese in the afternoon a particular favourite. Rooftop bar also a highlight. Would highly recommend the hotel for any future stays in this beautiful city."

However, we made a airport pick up which never showed up, the hotel restaurant was a mystery as it seemed disconnected to the hotel and they struggled to explain when it was open- which it was not for dinner. Also the staff "hid" behind their computer screens and never provided any service so we just refrained to ask for anything; therefore if service is what you are looking for we suggest another hotel."
