The location of the hotel is unbeatable, being on the Danube's Buda side with a direct view of the magnificent Parliament building across the river. "The best part is the location. About 100 mtrs from the main station and about 30 mins drive to the airport.
Centrally located in terms of easy access to good restaurants, tourist hubs, etc. and more importantly cabs are easily available to this location.
Buffet breakfast is very good too and pay and buy vending machine for basic requirements like water, light snacks, chocolates, etc is available in the hotel lobby.
Rooms are clean and staff is very helpful too"
"We had booked a cozy room but I didnt realise it meant you couldn't get out of either side of the bed and had to shuffle to the bottom to get out. I have a heart condition so paid to upgrade. It wouldn't be an issue for most but I think should be clearer so people with health or mobility can decide. The rooms were clean but in the 4 nights we stayed the bins weren't emptied and tea/coffee weren't refilled. However, I have no doubt if asked would immediately have been done as the cleaning staff...

"Staff members very rude, they’ll mutter under their breath at you if you ask anything of them. We didn’t have a fridge in our room and politely requested one as we were there to run the marathon and needed a fridge.
2 days of asking no fridge each day the new members of staff had no idea about the fridge request. It seems very disjointed no one passes over any info. Have to keep explaining everyday about the same request.
