"All good"

"Room was comfortable and spacious. Hot water great. Staff very helpful. Complimentary glass of wine nice touch. Hotel maintenance could be better but must be difficult with these old buildings along the sea."

"Very comfortable and clean room, helpful staff and within walking distance to the town."

"A lovely hotel with many original features. The dinner and breakfast were lovely, there was a nice selection of both. The room was great and plenty of plugs to charge devices. I liked the lounge/bar area with a wide selection of books and games available for patrons. It's very well located for trips to Battle itself and Hastings. Would very happily stay here again."

"Standard room very small, but ok for three nights. "

"Very nice B&B, in good location. Just a couple of points to mention which was why I have only 4/5. - Room and en-suite smaller than expected, but still nice and comfortable - Breakfast was lovely, but would prefer being able to self serve juice and tea/coffee. Also a full English breakfast should use real sausages, rather than tiny chipolatas - Biggest issues was noise with voices and bathrooms clearly audible from other rooms late and night and early morning."

"Lovely room, very clean, delightful hosts, great breakfast-I would stay again!!!!"

"We had a 3 night stay here which was largely very enjoyable. We had a couple of minor issues which were resolved fairly quickly by the staff so they didn't impact our stay at all. My main issue was although the lodge is to a high level some aspects were not working as expected like the cooker hood not working and not enough cutlery for 4 people and a TV which kept switching itself off. Overall these things were minor, the lodge is in a lovely wooded area next to a pond which the kids loved....

"We had such a lovely stay! The house is so unique, our room was beautiful and spotless, as was the en-suite! The couple whose home it is were so kind and welcoming. We had a lovely stay, lovely breakfast, and would absolutely recommend to anyone thinking of booking."

"8 day stay. Apartment very comfortable with all amenities. It was as described in photos. Local shops and pubs all good. For us an easy walk into the centre of Brighton along the sea front. Taxis very plentiful if you needed them. "

"Idéal pour les familles Très pratique Hôtes sympathiques"
