"first of all: for a 3-night stay, only 1 housekeeping done and that was before checking in. Don't tell me that's written in the T&C or fineprints, a 4/5-star hotel simply can't say that. The coffee mugs were stained, there was a towel left by previous occupant(s) in the bathroom, the floor near the kitchen was visibly dirty, the water pressure of the shower was too low and installed only for someone at 190cm or taller"
