"Handy location a short walk from Sky Bus and Southern Cross station. Comfy room and warm shower. Helpful to be able to leave bag before check in and after check out. Big breakfast was very good value. Unfortunately other guests aren’t always considerate about being quiet in the hallways and sometimes it is also possible to hear water running from other rooms when guests flush the toilet or use the shower but otherwise it was quiet for a central location."

"Friendly staff and a very clean room, would definitely book here again."

"Old property not well maintained . 1. There are multiple switches for lights near bed side but no provision to charge a mobile, not even a plug point. 2. The air con controller is antique and not easily readable nor can be operated at ease! On request the electrician came and showed my the complex way to operate. 3. There is a kitchen but none of the cookware is kept there. Instead we are supposed to go down to reception and sign certain paperwork and then get the cookware delivered in a large...

"Very convenient location. Staff very friendly and helpful. However, our superior double room was much smaller than expected and we would've struggled to be comfortable with our 3 planned guests."

"Nam at the front desk was great. Always a “hello” and happy to help! Pool was great! Room with view was fabulous. Comfy bed. Good shower. Great location. Couldn’t ask for more!"

"We are a family of four with two young children. We stayed for 3 nights in a two bedroom apartment. The kitchen and bathrooms were exceptionally clean, the beds were super comfy. Both bedrooms had a tv with casting function. The showers had both fixed shower head and hand held hose which was g There isn't daily housekeeping, but this didn’t detract from the overall experience. There was a construction site next door however the excellent soundproofing and blockout blinds, you would never...

"Breakfast is à la carte of a limited menu. Ours was included with a dish, coffee/tea and a juice. The breakfast was delicious but the menu is very limited. The baked eggs came with one slice of toast. The only juice they had was apple and green. The breakfast room is also quite limited in terms of seating and the seating is very close together. It was very busy when we got down there Sunday morning. I suggest going earlier if you can swing it. The rooms were immaculate. Upon check in I was ...

"The concierge and reception staff were very helpful with storing my bags. Next time I might make sure I get a queen bed instead of a double. I couldn't access the bar fridge to put cold items in it."

"The rooms are large and comfortable , the breakfast here is a beautiful experience well worth a stay to just enjoy the breakfast"
