"2rd stay at this hotel. Refused upgrade said not available. Had to argue for a 1 1/2 hour late checkout we did get a one hour late( why not give the extra 1/2 hour we asked for. No free parking mentioned. We never ate at this hotel too expensive. The bar is small and difficult to find a seat except spillover in hall. Bar staff were very nice but to busy to talk and drinks were crazy expensive. The bathroom sink only produced scalding hot water or cold.😡 For a five star we expected better...

It was extremely spacious, had comfy bed and pillows, a view of the Minister, and a bath to soak in. "The staff were very friendly and helpful but overall the hotel felt cramped and a little tired. There is no dining room, so breakfast offering is a grab and go bag but there are plenty of nice breakfast options in the area. The room was small and downstairs with a small window into a rear service yard, not the 4 star expected. The hotel entrance next to a phone shop was also not what we expected from the photos. Although accept that this is what you get from a central location."

Their website states that breakfast is made to order and I recall seeing it on the expedia page but then was notified a day before about where to go for food instead. I asked on arrival and they have not served breakfast in 3 years. Inconvenient but not the end of the world. The shower had someone else's soap in it and the body wash was never renewed after use.
