"Great and helpful staff, really good beers and food, air con in the bar area which was fantastic after a hot day hiking. Superb location for Moel Siabod. A few teething problems as we attended after a revamp, staff were very keen to help attend to these. "The room had two relatively minor issues: 1. The toilet flush was terrible. Difficult to flush. Impossible with long flush, hit and miss with short flush. 2. The toilet roll holder was in need of securing. Toilet rolls inevitably fell to the floor when used. As I said these issues were relatively minor but were an ongoing irritant."
