"Checked in around 4 pm and room still not ready waited long time for staff to get room The bathroom trash can not clean up Front door staff unhelpful getting a taxi for a local short ride ( rather, got taxi for people came after for airport ride!)"

"I knew this was the perfect hotel the moment I stepped out of the metro and saw it across the street. Super convenient location. Beautiful lobby. Luxurious room. Delicious breakfast."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, and the room design is stylish, modern, and thoughtfully planned. The bathroom was exceptionally large, spotless, and well maintained. The staff were professional, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. The complimentary shuttle service to the MRT station was extremely convenient and made transportation easy throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future."
