We were not expecting this place to be as great as it is. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants were unexpectedly good with great food and views of the mountain. The onsen was a great experience. Just be prepared to have your Western views about nudity challenged (the onsen is nude only. No bathing suits allowed). Just one thing, the staff will tell you the in-suite onsen takes 20-ish minutes to cool down to a temperature that won't scald you. It was closer to an hour.

the level of service is pristine. the water is great but there's nothing else to do near the hotel and the scenary from the hotel was not really top class. nevertheless i really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and loved the chinese restrauant where I had a lovely time for both dinner and breakfast.

非常好的溫泉，無論是房間裏面的或是公眾風呂。比很多日本酒店溫泉好。是價錢有點偏貴。已經是第四次來了，還是10分好。服務員也10分殷勤。

幾つかの簡単なローカルフードなどのルームサービスメニューがあれば嬉しい。朝食は連泊すると全く同じメニューになってしまうのは少し残念だがどれも美味しかった。スタッフの方々は皆さんフレンドリーで意思の疎通に注力してくださった。環境への配慮もよく考えておられてシャトルバスでの送迎も有り難い。 なんと言っても白濁した少しとろみのある高温の源泉掛け流しがお部屋でゆっくり堪能できることは貴重。静かな景色のよい部屋でのお風呂は本当に素晴らしくまたリピートさせていただきます。
