"These are full apartments with a full kitchen and laundry. The apartment was spacious with a big balcony overlooking the river. My son and I were on a father-son trip. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom! We stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We even managed to do a load of laundry! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that it is not close to town. You either have to drive or take a shuttle that they provide."

There is a ferry outside the hotel that you can take to go to downtown queenstown or if you have a car, it’s very convenient drive. Room was sooo nice and we really enjoyed our stay. We would recommend it 100%"

"A high quality quiet modern hotel within walking distance of the busy, noisy centre. Views from the bar/restaurant overlooking the lake are breathtaking. The bedroom was impeccably clean and comfortable. The best of all, however, are the staff who couldn’t help enough (thank you again Julia for working so hard to sort out our booking platform problem). We travel extensively and for us to recommend a hotel so highly is an exception."
