"The hotel Is lovely clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Lots of options and delicious. The restaurant/ bar also very good. I did have to ask for a server and waited a few minutes for my order to be taken but once done, they were friendly and food was very good. The rooms are very nice. Beds comfy. Bathrooms with tubs and huge fluffy towels. Being so close to Heathrow it is busy - a lot of airline crews- but never overly busy or crowded feeling as it’s very spacious....

"The room we had booked was somwhow not available which meant we did not get the runway view that we specifically booked. As we had an early flight the next day we requested a morning wake up call which never came. When i then called to let them know the iron was leaking water and not working we realised the phone in the room was completely broken and unable to either receive calls or make them."

"It was conveniently close to the airport. So it made it very easy to get to airport for an early flight. The staff was very nice and professional. For it being so close to the airport we were surprised the plane noise was really not bad at all."
