Staff very pleasant and helpful breakfast included is continental which we found more than adequate. We had dinner there on two of the nights añd enjoyed what we had although the menu is slightly limited for more frequent dining. Overall we had a beautiful stay"

"Disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were a little unwelcoming and the service was not great. A beautiful location but this was let down by terrible parking, poor facilities and attention to detail that wasn’t there!!!! The spa was poor with an outlook to a wall!! The room was also disappointing with hair on my pillow and uncomfortable cheap pillows. I was very much looking forward to this stay but was very disappointed."

"We are a family of 4 (kids 8 and 11) staying in a room set up as a family room - double bed and the kids sharing a sofa bed. The room was snug but really good. Each room is 3 old cells knocked into 1, with the bathroom taking up 1/3 or of the room. The bathroom was really good and enormous. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. "It was a hot weekend & the room was extremely hot. A very small, ineffective fan was in the room but it made little difference. The room in the coach house was small & looked dated but it was clean. The staff were all very friendly and efficient."

"This is a really lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Fowey with a beautiful terrace overlooking the river and Town Quay. We spent hours on this terrace whiling away the heat enjoying a drink. The rooms are very nice and well appointed. We had a deluxe room which had a small terrace with river views. With only 14 rooms it feels very special and up market, but is reasonably priced. "The cobblestone parking was slightly challenging, and we weren’t expecting to be in a separate building from the inn, but the room was very comfortable and the large window had a great view which brightened up the space. The location was perfect, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. We appreciated that breakfast was included."
