"An hour extra time for late check-out would have cost $250. It soured our departure. Last time that I was in Hawaii, at another resort, we were greeted with tropical drinks and lei. It was a nice touch. The Westin resort did not do that. It's the little things folks, step up your game please."

Bizarre bathroom arrangement with sliding plywood doors, no privacy due to a mysterious window. Shower water wet whole floor by toilet due to no real separation. "There were no mirrors or desk chairs in the room, sliding glass door to the balcony didn’t open, leaking tile in bathroom. Staff though helpful and kind. Noisy birds outside of room as well as music across the way in the restaurants."

"The hotel was centrally located and staff were friendly. It was only a block from beach and Duke’s. I would definitely stay there again. Great value."

"The pros of the hotel is the location. The beach is only a block down. They provide you with beach chairs and towels. The cons is they only have 2 elevators which can create traffic during peak check-in/out times. The breakfast was very similar everyday and you will get tired of it, however it’s free. Drinks are pretty expensive, much cheaper elsewhere. Staff were very nice and helpful."

"Fantastic hotel, with lovely staff. Well equipped, large rooms, with great views (room 1251). Cleaned daily with fully stocked coffee machine. Nice 'smallish' pool area but right on the beautiful beach. We had an amazing and relaxing 2 week stay. Friendly atmosphere, with a mixture of couples and families. Close to all the amenities, great location."
