"No air conditioner and The windows barely open, so the room gets extremely hot. I can’t sleep at night, so I wouldn’t recommend staying here in the summer."

"We only stayed one night but we can honestly say the Hotel was above our expectations the staff were friendly and welcoming our room was spacious clean and beautifully decorated and quiet. "We had a lovely stay there with our family. The cottage we stayed in had all amenities and plenty of space. The cottage didn’t have AC but there was a fan and the staff was accommodating when we asked for a second one. The pool and facilities were well maintained and clean. The restaurant was okay for something on site. Beautiful location by the river. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay."

"Disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were a little unwelcoming and the service was not great. A beautiful location but this was let down by terrible parking, poor facilities and attention to detail that wasn’t there!!!! The spa was poor with an outlook to a wall!! The room was also disappointing with hair on my pillow and uncomfortable cheap pillows. I was very much looking forward to this stay but was very disappointed."
