"The service was wonderful from the minute I arrived. Never opened a single door but my hotel room and the lobby bathroom. Always attentive to my needs while eating at the breakfast buffet or when I was at the bar. A simple glance around to look for staff I felt they saw me before I could find them. Never felt pressured to rush even when I arrived late for my breakfast. When I was having issues with my TV I had staff up there within minutes I mean like less than 5 and were helping me fix the...

"My wife and I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks. It was definitely the right decision.The support staff, from the doorman, receptionists, housecleaning, front desk, etc. provided outstanding and efficient service to us. Their courtesy is noteworthy. They have accommodated our request in very timely manner. The rooms were clean and the location is adjacent to shopping and good restaurants. The Romulos restaurant in the hotel serve great food as well. I am recommending this hotel to my friends....
