"Need better gym equipment"

"The property was very centrally located for girls 2 night wine trip. The room was very clean and appreciated the extra pillows that we had requested. :). My friend also tried the extra pillows. She said she never slept so great and she’s gonna do that at home- (I do it due to medical reasons). The staff was wonderful, just very personable, and very accommodating (I always bring Sees candy and facial masks/cleansers for the front desk staff … some can’t have candy). "This time around my visit, stay and experience were great. Last time was rather crappy. I’m very happy with the service this time around"

"Un lugar bonito enfrente de la marina cerca de restaurantes. Muy tranquilo y lindo."

"It was a beautiful old restored property. Loved the big jacuzzi tub in the Mission Spa suite. I felt we should have been able to do the geothermal pools for free due to paying $800/night for the room. We didn't have a four poster bed as advertised in all the photos and the room seemed smaller. Spa pools closed at 8pm which was much too early for us. No free breakfast, was just a lot more money for less amenities than we experienced in our hotel the prior night which cost 60% as much....

"It was simply a great stay excellent ratings across the board"

"Soundproofing a problem - from above & either side."

"Everything was gret!"

"very clean and spacious room. photo of the room had lovely vaulted ceiling however our room did not - i think ground floor does not and upper does. the hotel expanded some years ago and felt like they had taken over an old apartment complex so you - i did not like that feeling. lobby and bar very dark - could do with an interior design update."

"Staff is polite. Lobby is inviting. Rooms are spacious. Hallways are quiet and clean. Gym is nice."
