"Rooms were very clean the maid staff that cleaned our rooms were outstanding!!! Only had one rude experience with Eloise at the front desk 😒 Anabel was extremely helpful and polite so was Andre thanks to them,,I would look for them for questions during my stay, Eloise could use some customer service!!!! Training, I definitely will return otherwise,,"

"Friendly reception staff, we arrived before check in time, our rooms were ready so we were able to go straight to them which was great after an early start. The view over the marina was stunning. The breakfast experience was lovely - good choice, eating outside in the sun with the view over the marina/sea, and pianist playing. We were given a flower each on our departure day, a nice touch. The only disappointments were that my daughter was unable to borrow an iron, which was bizarre- often there is one provided in every room, or at least one is available on request - and that the water in the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi was quite cold. The sauna however was lovely. The bedding was good quality as were the blackout curtains, making for a good night's sleep. "

"We had an excellent stay. The only problem we had during our stay was with an ant infestation in our room. We were moved to another room efficiently by the staff and then enjoyed the rest of our stay. Thank you for an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn, Albufeira"
