"Great location and nice hotel, very helpful and friendly staff."

"Excelente desayuno buffet"

"Great location!"

"We had a lovely stay. Our room was clean, pleasant atmosphere. Bathroom was large & clean with a great shower! I would suggest just a little art work in the bathroom however lots of wall space bare. We didn’t have room service or have maid service. We asked for fresh towels etc and was graciously given by staff in the hall. Elevators are smallish but were fast and plentiful. Never waited more than a few minutes & we were on the 21st floor. The proximity to the Hospital does mean you hear...

"Was really looking forward to staying here as it’s always been fully booked in the past. Stayed in a double queen room on a lower floor. "Clean room super nice staff and excellent location. View spectacular"

"Our shower door wouldn’t stay shut was the only con to our room but everything else was PERFECT!! Love this place we still go all the time every year!"

"We loved our room on the 15th floor of the hotel. We opted for a room with a view of the park and it was fantastic. The room itself, was comfortable, clean and quiet. The location was perfect for visiting the Art Museum and walking along Lake Michigan."

"Large beautiful room. Great TV and choices including pay per view movies. Everything first class. Easy walk to Grant Park and down the Miracle Mile. We love this hotel!"

"Very friendly and nice staff. Property was beautiful and great views."

"Property is very nice and well managed, it’s an older space but upkeep is very good. Felt safe as a solo traveller with room card access to room floors"

"This place is very nice cleanly the showers are really cool, the panoramic view room doesn’t have a microwave but it’s chill because the view is amazing and the aesthetics of the hotel are really nice."
