"This hotel is wonderful and we had a great stay. It’s in a fantastic position right in the heart of Lisbon. The room was gorgeous and very comfy and the staff were so friendly and nice. The barman had great chats with my fiancé about American football! Nothing was too much trouble, even our 4am check out time as we had an early flight! "We stayed 4 nights here. The location was great. The staff Lara was very good. She always addressed me by my name. She was always smiling. The breakfast was good, fresh omelette was great and so was the pancake and yogurt. They had other items in the buffet. Walking distance to most attractions. The room was small but ok. The pillows need to be replaced, bed was very comfortable. We got boxed breakfast on our last day as we had a very early flight. "
