"15/10 would recommend. The property was beautiful and well maintained, even the stairwell smelled good. The service was exceptional, we were greeted with mocktails upon arrival, the bell hop took our bags directly to our room, the front desk offered bottles of water on our way out for the day, we were left little sweet treats in our room daily, the breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel was centrally located to a lot of points of interest."

"We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Chiado! High-end amenities, friendly staff, roof-top bar and centrally located to attractions and great restaurants in Lisbon. On our way check out day, the young man working the desk at 6am in the morning kindly waited with us outside to ensure that our Uber driver would locate us for our pickup...world class!"

"Absolutely beautiful rooms, very friendly and professional staff."

"Marvelous property. My room had a terrific view."

"Great breakfast"

"Great location. Walkable to many things! You can walk out the entrance and you already have a selection of different restaurants to walk to close by. Close proximity to Rua Augusta and also the train station if you need. The staff was very helpful, most especially the front desk receptionist (I wish I remembered her name). Rooms were clean and well kept. Everything worked great. Our room was quite tiny but honestly it did not bother us - just something to keep in mind for people expecting a lot...

"Great hotel in the most perfect location."

"Tolle Lage, alles zu Fuß erkundbar. Schöne Rooftop Terrasse. Aufmerksames Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück. Sehr gute Zimmergrösse beim Apartment."

"Great location and fantastic views on the roof top patio."
