"Charming, exceedingly gracious staff (bellmen, reception, garage staff, cleaning staff ...), gorgeous updated vintage decor room (fab casement windows, working perfectly to allow in gentle fresh breezes). Super helpful and fun bellman at check-in. Love the photo-front elevators (beautiful 1800s Santa Fe shots) and the Mexican songsters trio in the lobby for Happy Hour. Terrific breakfast and service at La Plazuela. Thumbs up all around!"

"Great location, the rooftop bar pool and hot tub w the views was unsurpassed! Valet parking was super fast too There should be an option to opt out of the cost of the free breakfast and dinner+drinks as it’s all included and we had no interest as we had plans elsewhere. The option to opt out of the daily maid service was also great, good for the environment and staff would bring towels, etc anytime!"

"The property is beautiful. If you have a vehicle you must use the valet service which can result in added expense of tipping them every time you want to go somewhere. The room was very nice, Bed and bedding were comfortable and best of all, it was quiet. I loved going out on the balcony in the evening to enjoy the weather and stars. The balcony was attached to two others but fortunately, we were always alone out there. If you want to sleep late you may miss the opportunity for housekeeping...

"Hotel St. Francis is well situated in Santa Fe with a great aesthetic. The evening staff, led by Gabe at check in was excellent. The day staff was rude and dismissive; it was a bizarre contrast of experiences. The room itself was well enough appointed. Clean with a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning was not reliable, and opening windows led to moths in the room. There was also an amenities charge of $30 per day but the only amenities I received was bottled water, and parking was...

"The hotel is centrally located, the staff were polite. A few gripes - the building is ancient and my room was very dark. I really prefer sunlight in the room. Also they made a mess of the breakfast. First I had to tell them during check in that breakfast was included, then they gave 1 coupon to present at the restaurant. And then I had to go back the next day to ask for more coupons. Why Hilton must you do this mess of a process for breakfast? Learn from Hyatt please."
