"Excellent hotel with outstanding service. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the surroundings are very well maintained, and everything is clean and tidy. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the services are flawless. The hotel is located directly on a clean, long beach with white sand, which makes the stay even more enjoyable."

"We were not informed that the resort was under construction, which was disappointing after traveling all the way from Canada. While the room was clean, we had to request housekeeping each time instead of it being done automatically. The check-in area, located in one of the bungalows, also did not feel very welcoming upon arrival. The highlight of our stay was our experience at the One Beach Resort. The customer service there was excellent, and we were able to enjoy all of our excursions through them. We also chose to dine there, as the restaurant at our original resort was closed due to construction. Unfortunately, we noticed some unprofessional behavior from a few members of the construction crew, who were making comments about guests in another language, unaware that I could understand them."
