"Clean and spacious room. The beds on the floor were not very comfortable, especially the pillows. Staff was very helpful in making arrangements when possible although they did not seem to know much about the Five Lakes area. Overall if you are interested in Hakone/Gora this is a great property. "

"Beautiful room and property! I didn'teave a 5 star review because of how the host handled and incoming Typhoon on our last night there. We called the host to ask if in the event of an emergency we could stay an extra night (and pay for it). The host told us because our room was already booked by another group that we would have to switch rooms - we were fine with that. Because it would be a new booking we wouldn't be able to check into our new room until 3pm. Even though almost all the rooms...

"娘の6歳の誕生日を祝う旅行で訪問。 富士急などへのアクセスもよく、設備も綺麗で、プライベートサウナは部屋備え付けなので、時間を気にせず入れて最高だった。 ただ、一点だけ、不満。 部屋がもっとも線路に近い部屋だった為、夜は12時まで、朝は６時前から電車の音と振動で起きてしまう。娘も我々も寝不足できつかった。 宿泊前に事前に分かるように注意書をしてもらうかメッセージをもらったら耳栓を用意するなど対策は出来たので、残念。 結果、最終日は寝不足過ぎて、最後まで遊べず、午後一でテーマパークを出て、駐車場で仮眠して帰宅。 他の方のレビューを見ると線路から離れた部屋はそんなでもないようなので、小さなお子様連れで宿泊される方は事前にホテルへの問い合わせを推奨します。 ですが、それを差し引いても設備やスタッフさんの対応素晴らしかったです。 ありがとうございました。"
