"Not as good as expected. Had many issues with room that were annoying: -9 little lights on switches and a larger power button on bedroom mirror prevented the room from getting dark (just small night light in bathroom would have been more than sufficient) -Shower had a rain head (with we do not like) and the other head is a “bar” which puts out a “strip” of water. Does not work well. -Sound insulation was OK - could hear quite a bit from other rooms -Loud creak in floor at foot of bed -Door stop missing rubber end so you have a sharp metal rod sticking out -No extra blanket in room (we like a little more weight) -Need to log into internet every 24 hours (with a common password). More common now to log in with name/room numbers for duration of stay. Yet another reason to use a VPN with weak internet security like this. -Fire alarm evacuation one night with no explanation (assume that we were not at risk) Did not try the restaurant/bar - menus were not appealing to us"

"The Questcwas a perfect base for us to work from whilst in Hamilton. The are is not thegreatest at night and although there are some food options in the are, it was quiet and not the greatest. Walkingbto Sky City is easy butbthe cbd streets are littered with homeless people so it wass a bit uncomfortable. If not for the area the hotel would rate 4 on every aspect "

"The hotel staff gave a congested parking lot just in the corner of building pillar, despite there were lots of empty and easy parking lot. Besides, paying $20 extra for parking, I got narrow parking lot and car's mirror struck on pillar edge. The room was in the corner side, but it was shown different room while I booked for it. The strong scent was being used into room and I struggled to tolerate it. Additionally, that room was not quiet, some noise was coming from aircon and noise of a machine from outside of this building for the whole night. Overall, the experience was really awful."

"These are small recent cottage, great bed, AC working fine. It is a bit off road but you can go to Cambridge with 12 min. You are aldo close to Hobbyton. Pool closes at 18h00. No staff available past 18h00, no cafeteria or restaurants, and you have to walk to your cottage thru a maze of sidewalk. "
