"We booked 3 nights at Oceans Resort and Casino and left a day early. While the resort is very beautiful, they have much room for improvement . Starting with self parking. Once in the elevator, there are NO signs how to get to the to lobby or check in. You need to take two elevators and thankfully a staff member directed us. "Multiple elevators to our floor were out-of-service. Had to walk down 20 floors the first day after waiting for an elevator for 20 minutes. Not a great inconvenience, but not ideal when you are sharing basically ONE elevator serving 20 FLOORS. Got better by day two and fixed by day three. Of course they sent out a mass texted apology but that and three bucks gets me a coffee from Wawa. Refund for night one would be great but not holding my breath."
