"Karaksa hotel is the one I am looking for when stay in Tokyo or Osaka or Shin-Osaka. Spacious room, well design. Separation of toilet & bathroom is a plus. Buffet breakfast has may choices and fit my taste. Few minutes walk to main train/metro is a good choice to anyone prefer public transportation."

"I had a great stay at this property. The room was quite spacious compared to the typically smaller hotel rooms in Japan, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the train station, with a 7-Eleven conveniently located around the corner. I’ve stayed at another Smile Hotel property before, and this one is definitely a big improvement. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience."

Amazing staff ,best location in Osaka close to everything , a lot of choices for restaurants at just 2 to 5 minutes walking,most popular locations to visit are close to this hotel , and pick up point for tours.
