"Shuttle from train station was very helpful. The concierge Luis was very helpful in explaining things to do and booking tickets for us. The hotel is beautiful with stunning views of the Matterhorn. Great breakfast, staff very polite and helpful. I would stay here again if visiting Zermatt in the future."

"Access to the spa for our stay was really nice. I wish the hot tub was actually hot though. The mattress in our room was hard as a rock, so we'd wake up sore every morning. "This is a beautiful property. The spa is amazing. The staff are exceptional and friendly. Cecilia was wonderful and friendly upon arrival. This is very close to the train station and easy to get to."
"absolutely gorgeous and friendly. The details and decor are beautiful! Wood carved ceilings and walls The spa made our trip after a full day of hiking . The best hotel we've ever stayed in. Wonderful breakfast as well."
"A beautiful Swiss hotel with lots on amenities. The pool and spa are especially nice. The staff is super friendly and the full breakfast is excellent. Highly recommended."
