"We were not told that there will be no cards to the room and that we would have to use our phone, which required downloading of their person App. The room had mold smell, which was not safe for our health. It took 2 hours to resolve and we were given a room (after told that there are no rooms) that was sub-par by far and had insufficient air conditioning (slept in 29 C, completely sweating all night). Overall, this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had."
"This hotel was adjacent to the Bari central train station so incredibly easy to find. The front desk person let me into my room 2 1/2 hours early, something that makes a difference. The room was fine and the morning breakfast buffet the next morning was the best I've had in traveling in 4 months in Italy. The staff also gave me excellent suggestions for local restaurants and attractions!"
"The staff was terrific from having a car pick us up at the airport to bringing us to the hotel. It is in the historic center and allows both easy access to the historic buildings in old town to the main street between old town and the train station which reminded us of 5th avenue in NYC with all the apparel top end stores. Can't say enough about how we enjoyed this place. Lastly, the food in the local restaurants was not only great but inexpensive."
"We were there only for a couple of nights but the room and hotel itself was beautiful.
It was right in the old town of Bari and very close and walkable to everything we wanted to do. The staff was very helpful in advising how to get around and recommend places to eat and things to see. We had a very early flight so the staff arranged for a wake up call and for a taxi to take us to the airport at 4 a.m. All in all, we had a great time, but next time we will plan to stay longer!,"

"We stopped for 1 night. Hotel room was good, clean and quiet. In need of some modernisation. AC was a little noisy while asleep. Reception and checkin was good. Free Carparking a bonus and adequate. Beach area easy to access on foot. Beach facilities are good, but it is a rocky beach area. Bring rubber shoes. Breakfast is also good and adequate. Overall, would recommend this hotel for brief stays while travelling."
"Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Ein alter Palazzo, zentral am Hafen von Trani.
Das Frühstücks-Buffet war ausgezeichnet und die Dachterasse (für das Frühstück) ist traumhaft.
Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und sehr hilfsbereit.
