"We were upgraded to a room in the villa which was large and comfortable but we had issues with the shower. Staff was helpful. Not a bad place to stay for a night to get to the Bari airport 15min drive away."

"This is a lovely property in the heart of the old district of the city and within walking distance to many places. The breakfast room is very inviting and they offer a wonderful buffet and the palazzo is immaculate. But there are a few caveats to be aware of: There is only someone at reception during certain hours, so they will send instructions for entering if you’re arriving when no one is there. Also, the palazzo is located on a street that’s not easily accessible for cars, so a taxi needs to drop off or pick up around the block, which may be a problem with navigating with luggage over old cobblestones. The room was multi-level, with a sleeping loft upstairs with only a partial handrail and there were also steps to the bathroom, so if accessibility is an issue, this is not a good choice."

"Très bon séjour à la Résidence Zodiacus. Très bien situé pour le shopping. Le service est impeccable, courtois et attentionné. Un merci tout particulier à Massimiliano, qui nous a très bien accueillis à notre arrivée, nous a accompagnés jusqu’à nos chambres et a pris le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de l’établissement. Il est utile de savoir que Zodiacus est réparti dans plusieurs bâtiments situés sur la même rue. La réception se trouve au 101, Via Roberto da Bari, plus à l’ouest, tandis que certaines chambres peuvent être situées dans un autre bâtiment de la même rue. Cela peut être un peu déroutant à l’arrivée, surtout lorsqu’on voyage avec plusieurs valises, mais grâce à l’aide de Massimiliano, tout s’est très bien passé. La principale difficulté concerne le stationnement. Il n’est pas toujours facile de s’arrêter directement devant l’hôtel pour décharger les bagages. Avec un peu de chance, un arrêt temporaire en double file et l’aide de Massimiliano, nous avons réussi à nous organiser pour la première nuit. Pour le stationnement dans la rue, nous avons constaté que les places bleues en zone A sont gratuites de 20 h 30 à 8 h 30. Pour la deuxième nuit, nous avons utilisé le stationnement affilié à l’hôtel, Interpark Bari. Il faut toutefois penser à demander à la réception le document nécessaire pour bénéficier du tarif préférentiel. Le prix pour les clients de l’hôtel est de 15 € pour 24 heures."

"Super clean hotel. The hotel is a bit far from the old city and tourist spots. You’ll have to take bus 27 for a good 30-35 minutes each way. A taxi is about 18-20 Euros. The food at the hotel is excellent. The best dinner on this trip for us. Excellent service at the restaurant."
