"The hotel is fantastic and the view from the rooftop bar is amazing. The only complaint I have was that the valet service decided to change all the settings in our car. Both the seat settings were erased, the radio was changed and the temperature setting was adjusted. Not the end of the world. Just a bit annoying considering there was no need for them to play with any settings."

In order to park my vehicle and pay for secured parking I was required to download a parking app. This was an inconvenience for me and in no way a benefit. There was a service charge for the use of this app. In no way did I experience a benefits from this service. This new process was not brought to my attention until I arrived at this facility. No other option was offered. A very disappointing experience that provided...
